Ramon Rodriguez

Ramon Rodriguez, 88, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2008. Mr. Rodriguez was a welder by trade. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law; Jose Antonio Rodriguez Sr. and wife Lucy and Ricardo Rodriguez and wife Cory, , daughters and sons-in-law; Manuela Loera, Fermina Herrera, Mariana Martinez and husband Ernesto, Maximina Mendez, Celia Rayos, Ramona Flores and husband Carlos, brother; Natividad Rodriguez, sisters; Maria de Jesus Bencomo, Gloria Hernandez and Elvira Esquivel, 27 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Our family would like to offer a special thanks to Outreach Health Services and Envision Hospice staff, especially nurse Rocio, and his providers, Raquel de la Cruz and Carlos Flores for making our father’s last few months comfortable. Visitation will be from 2:00-9:00 pm Monday, September 29, 2008 with a Vigil at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Grandchildren to serve as pallbearers will be Fernando Loera, Luis R. Herrera, Cynthia Martinez, Roberto Mendez, Jr., Manuel Rayos Jr., Melissa Rodriguez, Rene Flores, and Jose Antonio Rodriguez Jr., Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
