Rafael Vega, 70, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2008. He was a long time resident of El Paso, TX. And was the owner of Texas Hardware, 4400 Dyer St. He is survived by his loving wife, Marcela I. Vega; mother, Paula Vega; sons, Ralph Vega Jr. and Hector Vega; daughters, Theresa Blount, Rachel G. Vega-Duran, and Carolina I. Vega; grandchildren, Lisa Macias, Melinda Vega, Vanessa Y. Blount, Rafael Vega, Bianca Vega, and Audrey Vega; one great grandson, Ronald Rudolph; brothers, Francisco, Jesus, Jose, Angel, Susano, Juan, and Thomas Vega; sisters, (Twin) Guadalupe V. Armstrong and Natividad Vega. Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m., Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast with a vigil at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Friday, February 1, 2008 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
