Rafael H. Gomez

Rafael Gomez, 48, loving and devoted husband and father passed away on May 19, 2017. He was married to his longtime love, Donna Gomez and is survived by his two loving boys, Diego and Frankie Gomez. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Bueno and brother, Edgar Gomez. He is preceded in death by his father, Rafael Gomez and Francisco Esparza. He was proud to serve the United States Border Patrol for 20 years. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be said at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
