Rafael Aguilar

Rafael "Rafa" Aguilar, 70, entered into eternal rest on December 16, 2021 in El Paso, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Soledad Plascencia and Francisco Aguilar, and his brother Francisco Aguilar. Rafa is survived by his loving wife Irma Aguilar, son Carlos Rafael Aguilar, daughter Denise Aguilar, brothers; Martin Aguilar, Jose Aguilar, Miguel Aguilar, sisters; Maria Aguilar, Rosa Aguilar, Beatriz Aguilar, and Margarita Aguilar. Leaving behind eight grandchildren to cherish his memory. A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a rosary beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 N. Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907. A mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 8600 Winchester Street, El Paso, Texas 79907. Graveside will follow at 11:30 AM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
