SSG Phillip Edison Anthony Micheal Moseley IV was granted his wings on December 4, 2016. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Phillip had touched in some way throughout his very memorable life.
He was born March 9, 1983, in Chicago, Illinois to Pamela Teague and Phillip Moseley. He attended Morgan Park high school in Chicago and received his Associate Degree in Business Management at Grantham University.
Phillip's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understands that the quality of existence far exceeds the quality of time in which one lives. His warm smile, and charismatic personality brought so much joy to family and friends.
Although he is gone too soon, his courage and hope will continue to live on through all that he touched. He spent many days balancing his responsibilities as a soldier and a father and the example he set is one to be held in the most highest esteem.
Phillip leaves behind his wife of 12yrs, Kiyana, and their children Quentin Scott, Quincy Scott, Anthony Moseley, Allijah Moseley; his mother Pamela Teague (Eld. Danny); his father Phillip Moseley (Melinda); Brothers; Deymeatruis Moseley (Vicky), Joshua Moseley, Jameer Teague; Sister Angel Teague, special uncle Edison Moseley and a host of family and friends both personal and professional.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Full Military Honors will be rendered at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
