Funeral Mass: 10:00 am, Monday, October 5, 2009 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment: Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Survived by wife, Maria Vigil; sons, Alfredo and Jesus E. Vigil; daughter, Veronica Vigil; mother, Gregoria Vigil; sisters,Sandy Mendoza Jimenez, Helen Spradlin, Alice Christopherson, and Anita Hernandez; and brothers, Tony and Grady Hernandez.
