Petra Watkins

Petra Watkins, 66, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2010. Mrs. Watkins was a loving homemaker, very religious woman who loved to travel and enjoyed dining out; she was a very elegant woman, very warm and giving person who opened her home and heart to all, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Watkins is preceded in death by her husband Iris Hubert Watkins. She is survived by her sons; Jaime Guajardo, Tony Ruacho, Joe Ruacho, and Hubert Watkins, daughters; Blanca Estella Cedillo, Mary and Betty Watkins, sister; Enriqueta Guajardo, 19 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2010 with a Vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 3, 2010 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Interment will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Americas.
