Committal Service: 11:30 am, Monday, March 29, 2010 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Survived by wife, Bertha Bailey; sons, Terry Bailey, James Bailey, and Perry Bailey Jr.; and daughters, Kelly Ann, Jennifer, and Judy Bailey. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
