Pedro (Pete) Treviño gained his angel wings on January 11th in Fort Worth, TX surrounded by his two daughters, Korrina Treviño-Lujan and Krystal Treviño, and his son-in-law Jesus Lujan. Pedro was born in El Paso, TX where he graduated from Riverside High School. Pedro served as a part of the United States Marines in the Vietnam War then continued his career as a Border Patrol Agent stationed in Santa Teresa. Pedro dedicated his life to taking care of his beautiful wife Betty Jean Treviño through her battle with Dementia. Pedro was a father, loving grandfather, and friend who will be missed dearly.
Pete is preceeded in death by his wife Betty Jean Treviño, Granddaughter Alexis Von Dasing, and parents Herminia and Horacio Treviño. He is survived by his daughters Korrina Treviño-Lujan and Krystal Treviño. Grandchildren Katelynn Ballard, Jessica Lujan, Daniel Lujan and Kaylee Ruvlacaba.
Pete’s humor, love and compassion will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home - East from 4:00PM - 8:00 PM. Vigil/Rosary will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home- East at 6:00 PM. Chapel Services will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home- East at 9:00 AM followed by the Committal Service at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 11:30 AM.
