Pedro Manuel Ramirez, 89, It is with great sadness to announce the death of my father this past Wednesday. Pedro (Pete) Ramirez. He is now resting in peace with his lord. If you were fortunate to know him, you knew he loved to talk! Right now he probably finding his love ones and friends and telling them all about his life. This incredible man was not perfect by any means however he was a great husband, a wonderful dad for me, an incredible loving grandfather for my sons. Christian and Ethan were his pride and joy. Never missed an awards ceremony, sporting event, or any event they were part of. Front and center and now from heaven he will always and forever be their biggest fan. They will forever treasure the memories created with their “Ata”. As for me I will always be grateful he chose me at the age of 5 to become my father. I will remember him and love him all my life. I love you Dad! Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a vigil/Rosary at 7:00 PM, Monday, July 16, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at St. Stephens Catholic Church, 1700 George Dieter. Interment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
