Patricia A. Paradeza

Spending her final days surrounded by loved ones, Patricia Anna Dolores Paradeza entered into eternal rest on June 25th, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. She was the kindest and most caring wife, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, nurse, and volunteer. 

Patricia was born June 16th, 1942 in El Paso, Texas. She graduated from Ysleta High School, earned her nursing degree from the Hotel Dieu School of Nursing, and later earned her bachelor's Degree from Park College. A devoted caregiver, Patricia spent time as a triage nurse at Madigan Army Medical Center, Ft. Lewis, Washington, a school nurse for the Ysleta Independent School District in El Paso, and a neonatal nurse at Thomason General Hospital. 

She enjoyed an abundant retirement, volunteering with the Assistance League in El Paso but truly embraced the time with family, especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved the opera and was an avid reader. 

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Acosta, her brother, Arturo Acosta, her sister-in-law, Rosalia Acosta, and her husband Daniel A. Pardeza.

She is survived by her children Lisa Molina, Marie Gabrielle Bayang, Daniel T. Paradeza, and Sarah Paradeza. She also leaves behind her siblings, Jorge Acosta, Angelina Caraballo, and Rosario Rodriguez. Brothers-in-law, Raphael Rodriguez and Damian Caraballo. Son-in-laws Nestor Bayang and David Molina, daughter-in-law Anne-Patrice Paradeza. Grandchildren Patrick Bayang, Paul Aguilar, Mailisa Paradeza, Alejandra Imler, Mason Paradeza, and Noah Paradeza. Great grandchildren Gabriel Bayang, Maiara Bayang, and Zo Nixon. 

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM, Monday, July 8, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina. A Chapel Service will be at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East. Interment will follow at 1:30 PM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
