Patricia Contreras

PATRICIA CONTRERAS entered into the hands of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the age of 57. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister and will be greatly missed. She was a Registered Nurse and was very devoted to her patients. She is survived by her parents, Jesus Portillo and Socorro Dominguez, husband Isidoro Contreras, her children: Jorge Isidoro Contreras, Emily Contreras, her siblings: David Portillo, Carmen Portillo and Cecilia Portillo. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 6520 Loma De Cristo Dr. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
