Patricia Allis Burkhart 12/29/1932-2/18/2007 Patricia Allis Burkhart, 74, passed away on February 18, 2007, after a courageous battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. She is survived by John Burkhart, children: Myth Srsic, Blythe Burkhart, Brett Burkhart, Son in law: Edward Srsic, Jr. Grandchildren: Erin, Adam, Jared, Jeff, Amber, Jerett, Paolo, Robert, Cameron & Caelan.
