He is survived by his wife, Clara Chavez, daughters, Sylivia Contreras, Carmen Chavez, and Clarisa Chavez; brothers, Humberto Chavez, Salvador Chavez, Arturo Chavez and Wilfrido Chavez; sister, Eva Chavez. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West.
