Norma Patricia Savusa Menchaca, 53, Sunrise Oct. 17, 1957 in Los Angeles, CA Sunset: December 29, 2010 in El Paso, TX. There were so many times you had us speechless but none compare to the painful fact that losing you will always and forever have all those who know and love you paralyzed with grief and stricken with a loss for words. Your strength, courage, and one of a kind sense of humor will carry on through your children. You always made a lasting impression on everyone you came into contact with and there will never be a more loving mother, caring sister, devoted daughter or loyal friend than yourself. You lived life on your own terms and never backed down from anything or anyone. Even to the bitter end you were true to yourself. Although your presence is so strong that we feel as though you are still here, the impact of losing you has yet to settle. We will forever weep with grief over losing you! Mrs. Menchaca is survived by her parents, Roberto and Olivia Menchaca; husband, Mario Hernandez; son, Marcos Jesus; daughters, Olivia Latasi and Mali Elena; brothers, Jesus and Oscar Menchaca; sisters, Yolanda Marquez and Graciela Arias. Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 pm, Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 pm. Interment will be private.
