Norma L. Parry

Norma Parry, 72 went to Jesus on July 25. Born in Syracuse, New York moved to El Paso in 1957. She had many years of volunteer work with the Transmountain Optimist Club. She received numerous awards and was known as “Granny Goose.” She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Parry. She will be greatly missed by her children, daughters, Dorothy Proffitt and Kathleen Thatcher, sons, Richard Parry and Glen Parry; and 2 sisters; and “NaNa” to her 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast Graveside service at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
