Norma Cecilia Lyles

Norma went to be with Our Lord on December 9, 2020 at the age of 66 from complications of Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. Norma is survived by her husband Jerry B. Lyles ; her children, Jerry R. Lyles (Amy) and Sandra Lyles ; her grandsons, Jerry, Jeremy, and Jace ; her parents Raul and Cecilia Polendo ; her sisters, Sylvia (Bruce) Blair, Patricia (Carl) Cox, Irma (Marty) Raymond. Norma was born in El Paso Texas to Raul and Cecilia Polendo and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Burgess High School. She married the Love of her life Jerry Bob Lyles in August of 1975 and had two children which she gave all her time and attention to. Norma was a Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She dedicated herself to her family by always being there whenever and wherever they needed her. She made lifelong friends everywhere she went and had the greatest personality. She worked side by side with her husband in their residential lighting company and retired in 2016. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be from 1:00P.M. to 4:00P.M. with a Rosary to begin at 3:00P.M. on Wednesday , December 16 , 2020 at Sunset Funeral Homes- Northeast, 4631 Hondo Pass.
