Survived by sons, Johnny Victor Swatzie, Gregory James Polk, Darcy Alphonso Polk; daughters, Beverly Locke, Tracie Lanet Swatzie, Patricia Lianna Monreal-Polk, Mildred Alicia Polk-Mason; brother, Eddie B. Tillman Jr.; sisters, Mary Doris Marshall, Adell Canty, and Edna Williams; mother, Artie Mae Mitchell and former husband, Mr. James A. Polk. Grandchildren: Benjamin Anthony Polk,. Alexander Gregory Polk, Mildred Alexandria Monreal, Johnny Victor Swatzie III, and Solomon Elijah Polk. Visitation: 5:00-9:00 pm, Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast.
