Miguel F. Medina

Miguel F. Medina, 75, joined our Lord on December 7, 2009. He was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1952 where he served his country for over 20 years. He retired in San Antonio, TX with his family. He returned to El Paso in order to care for his parents, Valente and Josephina H. Medina. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Josefina (Cookie) Medina. He is survived by three daughters; Piedad (Pie) Medina from Baldwin, MI, Maria Dolores (Ginger) Medina from Boston, MA, and Bianca (Candy) Talley from Seabrook, TX and former wife; Carmen Medina, 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm on Friday, December 11, 2009 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Funeral Mass will be at 9 am Saturday, December 12, 2009 at St. Francis Xavier Church. Interment will be at a later date. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home - East.
