Michael Luis Sandoval

MICHAEL LUIS SANDOVAL passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at the age of 67. He was devoted to helping everyone that needed a helping hand and helped many people in need as Social Services Director for the El Paso Psychiatric Center. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was very proud of his service. He is preceded in death by his parents Refugio and Pedro Medina Sandoval, sister Olga Leticia Horton and brother Mario Alberto Sandoval. He is survived by his wife Susan L. Sandoval, sons Michael Philip Sandoval and wife Jessica, Stephen Degnan Sandoval and wife Melissa, daughter Davern Marie Sandoval and fiance Jeremy Brown, his brothers Pedro and Robert Sandoval, grandchildren: Ariel, Riley, Reece, Andrew, Megan and Zoe. His sisters Alice Sandoval-Calderon, Irma Refugio Sandoval, Norma Elizabeth Vandergriff and Sandra Suderman. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with Rosary Service at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Rite of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 12:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Interment will follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 1:30PM, with military honors.
