Maurilia R. Carrillo

Maurilia, R. Carrillo, 80, passed away March 12, 2007. She was born, September 13, 1926 in Sierra Blanca, TX. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Santiago Carrillo, Sr. who was completely devoted and always by her side, her son Santiago “Jimmy” Carrillo Jr., grandson Adam Carrillo, granddaughters, Monica Carrillo and Valerie Ulibarri; husband Damien Ulibarri. She is also survived by her two brothers, Tony Ramirez, and Andres Ramirez, sisters, Pilar West, Delia Rico and Francisca Alvarez. Special thanks to the staff at Vista Hills Healthcare Center for their heartfelt compassion and utmost care. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina from 4-9 pm with Rosary to begin at 7:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be at St. Pius X Catholic Church at 11:30 am Thursday, March 15, 2007 with interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
