Matthew Thomas Fleming

Matthew Thomas Fleming, age 30, entered into eternal rest at home on Friday, March 14, 2025 in El Paso, Texas due to complications from his seizure condition. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend who was loved by all and will be dearly missed. Matthew is survived by his parents: Drew and Carolina Fleming, his wife: Lindsey Fleming, his sons: Max (9) and Troy (6) Fleming, his sister: Carlie Fleming, and his nephew: Jeziah Branch (1). His maternal Grandparents Luis and Carolina Chavez, Paternal Grandmother Linda Layne Lopez and his “SUE SUE” Sue Ellen Fleming. He is also survived by many extended friends and family that cherish and honor his memory.

Matthew was a 2013 graduate of Central High School in Wise, Virginia and served Honorably in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Celebration of Life to commence at 6:00pm.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to fund Type 1 diabetes research in his honor. This is a charity that was near and dear to his heart as his son Max is Type 1. Anything to help find a cure was always on his heart.

Se llevará a cabo un velorio de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. el Jueves 20 de marzo de 2025 en Sunset Funeral Homes-West, y celebración de la vida comenzará a las 6:00 p. m.
