Mary Frances Woodul

Mary Frances (Chula) Hayward Woodul, born in May 28, 1929, San Antonio, Texas to Marden Warner Hayward and Jean Izett Hayward. Chula graduated from Dudley Elementary and El Paso High. She received an AA degree from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Later she received her BA from UTEP. Chula was active in many organizations including the Jr. League of El Paso, Sun Carnival Association and the El Paso Country Club Women’s Golf Association. She was also a devoted member of the Church of St. Clement. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Bill Woodul; her children Patty Wright (Stan) of Ft. Worth, TX, Carol Woodul of Franklin, TN, and Doug Woodul (Susan) of Kingwood, TX. Her grandchildren Patrick Wright (Gene) of Orlando, FL, Doug Wright (Anne) Ft. Worth, TX, Bryan McKinney Denver, CO, William Woodul Melbourne, Australia, Kristen McKinney Nashville, TN, and Megan Woodul Lafayette, LA; sister-in-law Connie Gosch of Washington State and brother-in-law Charles Woodul (Cathy) of El Paso, TX. The family wishes to express grateful thanks to Desert Springs Alzheimer’s Special Care Center, Global Hospice, and Paddy and Bill Littlefield. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Clements Church or the Alzheimer’s Association. Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 10 am at St. Clements Church.
