Mary Olivas

Mary Olivas, 90, passed away on April 16, 2011. Mary was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. She was a member of the parish of Guardian Angle Catholic Church. She was born in El Paso , TX on September 22, 1920 to parents Harry and Mary Tilton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodrick E. Olivas; son, Rodrick R. Olivas; mother, Mary Tilton; and grandson: Marc A. Grasso-Olivas. She is survived by her son, Edmund A. Olivas; son, Edward F. Olivas; daughter- in-law, Mary Helen Olivas; granddaughters, Nanette Olivas and Melissa A. Lugo Velez; son-in law, Steven LugoVelez; grandsons: Rodney Olivas, Stacey Q. Olivas, Rayen M. Olivas, Marc E. Olivas, and Jason M. Olivas; great-grandsons: Steven Lugo Velez, Jr., Matthew Olivas and another on the way! Visitation will be held from 5-9pm with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 7pm, Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will begin at 9:30am, Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. Pallbearers: Edmund A. Olivas, Edward F. Olivas, Marc. E. Olivas.
