Mary M. Antell

Beloved wife of late Roy Antell, beloved mother of Tony and Tim Antell, Theresa Yarbrough and the late Terry Antell. Beloved grandmother of Kevin, Brooke and Holly Yarbrough, TJ and Amanda Antell, Danielle Chong, as well as Fatima Hughes, Tony, Cassandra, and Alexys Antell. Mary joined the Women’s Army Core in its early stages after WWII. She then took the role of wife and mother while dedicating a lifelong commitment to the bowling sport. Among her achievements were USBC-Jr Qualifying Coordinator, ELP Bowling Hall of Fame 1999, UWBC Texas Hall Bowling Life Member, ELP Women’s Bowling Assoc., Local Life member of USWB, Life member of ELP Women’s Bowling Assn.WIBC Permanent member, USBC Permanent member, ELP and TX Youth Bowling Secretary, TX USBC Bowling President, ELP Women Bowling Assn President, TX Youth Pepsi Director, Director of EPWBA, TX Bowling Writers Committee, National-TX-ELP 600 Club member, TX USBC BBL Chairman. Her dedication to her family and the bowling community will never be forgotten. Committal Service will be at 1:30 pm, Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Interment will be at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
