Martha Ann Leitch

Martha Ann Leitch was born on July 17, 1934 and was called to her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 21, 2009. She resided in El Paso, TX were she filled the loving roles of a mother, daughter, sister, wife, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was the heart of her family and left behind a wealth of happy memories. She devoted her life to others. She had many wonderful talents and interesting hobbies. Recently she enjoyed traveling, gardening, playing bingo and taking day trips to casinos with her friends. Preceding her in death and longing to receive her once again, is her husband of 45 years and love of her life Glen Edward Leitch, her sister Ella Lee, her two brothers Fred and Herman Marchel, and her parents. Those who will cherish and remember her always include the following (spouse): daughters, Susan Ayers (Steve), Carrie Duran (Javier), Sandy Berry (Reggie); Son, Edward Leitch; grandchildren, Candace and Crystal Berry, Chris (Asriel) and Amber Duran, Justin and Austin Ayers; great-grandsons, Isaiah and Daniel Berry. There are many other family members and friends she loved dearly. We thank God for her life and all the blessings her life has brought to us. We know that she is at peace and joyful to be home. There will be a visitation this evening June 24th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home-West on N. Resler. The celebration of her life will be on Thursday June 25th at Sunset Funeral Home beginning at 1 p.m. followed by burial at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. All family and friends are invited to the Ayers home following the funeral service.
