Mario R. Villalobos

February 20, 1955 — February 1, 2011

Mario Ramirez Villalobos, 55, born February 20, 1955 and returned home to our Heavenly Father on February 1, 2011. He protected our country by serving in the U.S. Army where he earned several letters of commendation, medals, and was an expert rifleman. He owned and operated a successful body shop for over twenty five years. He was also a Mexican Federal Agent. Through his struggles and sacrifices he provided for his family. His generosity and ability to help others met no boundaries, reaching from his immediate family members, to extended family, close friends, distant friends, and even friends of friends. His greatest aspiration in life was to live and watch his children grow and become prosperous members of society, which he did. He always ruled with an iron fist, his words were firm and he was always strong yet his love was never questioned. He was respected by all who knew him. He was a hero, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, a child, and a soul. He is survived by his children, Connie Ilene and Jose Adrian and their mother, Leticia Ramirez Cuellar; he is also survived by his wife of 29 years, Nancy Ramirez and children: Miguel Angel, Armando, Carlos, Tony, Jose, Jesus, Corina, Ernesto Rafael, Maribel, and Brisa; twenty six grandchildren and eight surviving siblings. Your Legacy lives on through us! Visitation will be held from 4:00-9:00 pm with a Vigil/Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm on Monday, February 7, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:30 am, Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
