Maria Elena Tarango

Maria Elena Tarango, 97, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2009. She was born in El Paso, TX on March 25, 1911. She was preceded in death by her daughters; Ana Marin Zeid, Sonia Arsenia Mendiola and her sister; Esperanza Tarango, her survivors include her daughter; Angelica Villanueva, sons; Albert Tarango (Lupe) and Dr. Miguel Tarango (Yoly), 21 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren. We wish to extend our heart felt thanks to Christine Hernandez, MD. And staff, Del Sol Medical Center, Regent Care Center, Maurize RN, Jaime RN, Suhey RN, Ana and the rest of the loving staff. Visitation was held from 6-9 pm on Sunday, January 25, 2009 with a Prayer Service at 7 pm. at Sunset Funeral Home-East located at 750 N. Carolina Dr. A Funeral Service will be at 9 am today, January 27, 2009 at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery at 10 am.
