Maria Rosa Solis

MARIA ROSA SOLIS passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at the age of 90. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and will be greatly missed. She retired from the Los Angeles Health Department. She is preceded in death by her husband Jose R. Solis Sr., her sister Elvira Gutierrez. She is survived by her sons; Jose R. Solis and his wife Arlene, Jorge A. Solis, Carlos Solis, her granddaughter Jennifer M. Solis and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with Holy Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 10:00AM at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 400 W. Sunset Rd. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley in Santa Teresa, NM.
