Maria Lorena Marquez, 57, passed away March 20, 2017. She is survived by her sons; Jose Marquez, Irving Marquez, brothers; Gonzalo Peñafiel, Jaime Arturo Peñafiel, sisters; Sylvia Rubio Terrazas, Lourdes Rubio Peñafiel, Maria de la Luz Peñafiel, Martha Elsa Peñafiel and Alma Patricia Peñafiel. Maria was a nurse and loved helping people. She will be greatly missed. Beloved Mother, Sister and Aunt. A Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. with a Funeral Service at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
