Maria Luisa "Lulu" Marques

Maria Luisa “Lulu” Marques, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother; and will be greatly missed. Lulu is preceded in death by her parents; Alberto Galindo and Maria Luisa Parra, brothers; Alberto, Mario and Raul Galindo. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Adan and her beloved daughters; Claudia Avila (Edmundo), and Marie Ruiz (Juan), brother Jaime Galindo and her grandchildren; Alejandra Price, Ayden Avila, Argelia Avila, Alizabeht Avila and Isabella Ruiz.  She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Homes-West.  Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 08, 2024, at 10:30am at St. Jude Catholic Church, 4006 Hidden Way.  Committal Service to follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley, 4900 McNutt Road, Santa Teresa NM.
