In Loving Memory of our Mother Ma.de Jesus Delgado You were a precious gift from God above, so much beauty, grace and love. You touched our hearts in so many ways, your smile so bright even on the bad days. You heard God's whisper calling you home, you didn't want to go and leave us alone. You loved us so much, you held on tight, till all the strength was gone and you could no longer fight. So you gave your hand to God and slowly drifted away, knowing that with our love we will be together again someday. Maria de Jesus, 82, Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Peacefully went home with the Lord on August 8, 2010. She was a strong and courageous woman, and her love, courage and strength will remain in our hearts forever. Thank You Father God for watching over our Mom. She will be truly missed. She is survived by her loving husband Raymundo Delgado Sr. Her sons, Miguel (Martha), Julio, Raymundo Jr.(Yvette), Her daughters Rebecca (Eric), Sylvia (Oscar), Linda (Eddie) and Marisela, Her grandchildren Michael, Jonathan (Shaina), Amber (Sammy), Sara, Melanie, Anthony, Eric, Alexandria, Andrea, Aaron and Emma, Her great grandchildren Nicholas, Bella and Miguelito, her sister Refugio and her niece Blanca (family). A special thanks to the staff of Pebble Creek Nursing Home and Envision Hospice for their love, care and support they gave to our Mom on her last days. Service and Viewing will be held on Thursday from 4pm to 9pm at Sunset Funeral Home East and on Friday Mass will be held at San Jose Church at 10:00am burial to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9 pm Thursday, August 12, 2010 with a Vigil at 7 pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral mass will be at 10 am Friday, August 13, 2010 at San Jose Mission. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
