Maria E. Soto, 91, entered into eternal rest on February 18, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. Maria is preceded in death by her loving husband, Pedro Soto. Parents, Epitacio Melero Herrera and Maria Vergara. Maria is survived by her loving sons, Jaime Soto, Sergio Soto, Gabriel Soto, Rigoberto Soto and Pedro Soto. Daughters, Elda Soto, Victoria Armendariz and Luisa Sandoval. Sisters, Aurelia Escando, Bernabe Flores, Manuela Melero and Socorro Melero. Maria was very loved by all those she met and will be dearly missed.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr., El Paso, Texas 79907. A Graveside will follow at 11:45 AM at Desert View Cemetery, 450 E Lisa Dr, Chaparral, NM 88081. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
