Maria G. Carrasco

Maria Guadalupe Carrasco, 62, was called to join our Lord on Sunday, January 6, 2008. She was born on February 9, 1945 in Cd. Juarez Chih. Mexico. She was preceded in death by her only daughter, Cecelia Renee Carrasco; parents, Miguel Cisneros Sr. and Juana Cisneros; brother, Ernesto Cisneros. Survived by her loving husband, Jesus Carrasco of 43 years; sister, Catalina Ramirez; brothers, Miguel and Juan Cisneros; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. Maria was an active parishoner of Christ the Savior Catholic Church, served as Confirmation teacher, Eucharistic minister, and as a team member in the ACTS movement. Maria worked for H & R Block for more than 10 years. Maria will be greatly missed and she will always be remembered in our hearts, thoughts and memories as having a beautiful SMILE, and good sense of humor. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Christ the Savior Catholic Church with a vigil/rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass: 10:00 am Friday, January 11, 2008 at Christ the Savior Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
