Maria Sylvia Balcorta born in Chihuahua, Mexico to Santos Munoz and Victor Vela on November 3, 1950. Survived by her husband Jesus Manuel Balcorta and her two daughters, Elena Balcorta husband Oscar Baeza, Nancy Balcorta husband Saul Jacquez, grandchildren, Izaak Baeza and Iris Baeza. Visitation will be from 4:00-9:00 pm, Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home-Northeast (4631 Hondo Pass) with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (2709 Alabama). Interment is private. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-Northeast.
