Margarita Velarde Lujan

Margarita Velarde Lujan, 77, entered into eternal rest on August 9, 2023 in El Paso, Texas. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Juan Eduardo Lujan. Parents, Francisco Velarde and Manuela Corona. Brothers, Manuel Velarde and Francisco Velarde. Margarita is survived by her loving sons, Ramiro Jacobo and Eddy Lujan. Daughters, Lupe Fernandez, Alma Meza, Blanca Jacobo and Angelica Lujan. Brother, Roberto Velarde and Sister, Lorenza Lydia Aveytia. Also leaving behind 20 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren to honor and cherish her memory. Margarita was very loved and will be dearly missed.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Mass will begin at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Corpsu Christi Catholic Church, 9205 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A Graveside will follow at 11:30 AM at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, Texas 79907. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home- Americas.
