Margarita Ronquillo

Margarita S. Ronquillo, 88, our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 7, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was born on September 7, 1922 in San Diego California and moved to El Paso later on. She was preceded by her husband, Antonio Ronquillo and son, Jose Francisco Ronquillo. She had a special love for church. She is survived by her children: Margarita Harper, Josie Williford, Antonio Ronquillo, Guadalupe Rico, Conrado Ronquillo, Elizabeth Ronquillo, Robert Ronquillo, and Sylvia Mettler; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren. We will rejoice in her life as we know Margarita is at peace and is joyful to be home with our Lord. Visitation will be held from 5-9pm with a vigil/rosary to begin at 7pm on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Services will be held at 12pm, Friday, February 11, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church Located at 2709 Alabama St. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery Zaragoza. The pallbearers will be her grandchildren: Ray Ronquillo, Richard Ronquillo, Michael Harper, Gilbert Rico, Antonio Ronquillo III, and Antonio Ronquillo.
