Margarita Rivera

Margarita Rivera, 75, born in Humaco, Puerto Rico on April 23, 1936 passed away April 18, 2012 in El Paso, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Angel Benitez and Juana Genera Valentin. She is survived by her sister Elsie Benitez, and her children Gilda Smith, Gilbert Rivera, Jr. (Patricia), Charlie Rivera (Sandra), and Blanca Rivera. She had nine grandchildren: Philip, Melissa, Alicia, Alex, Gilbert, Carlton, Nathaniel, Benjamin, Patricia, and 19 great grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving mother and will be dearly missed by family and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a Funeral Service to begin at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home,4631 Hondo Pass.
