Manuela M. Ramirez

Manuela M. Ramirez, 87, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012. She was a homemaker who was married to Amado “Chic” Ramirez for 58 years. She is preceded in death by her beloved son; Jorge Ramirez and loving husband Amado Ramirez. She is survived by her loving children; Sylvia Bencomo (Tony), Edward Ramirez (Jutta), Terry Driskill (Bill), Carlos Ramirez (Candy), Jamie Ramirez (Terry), Martha Byers (Ray), 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Our family wishes to thank Dr Dwayne Aboud for all the guidance and care he provided our mother during the past 25 years. Also, thanks to Cima Hospice whose nurses and staff ensured our mother was comfortable and cared for until the end. Special thanks to care givers, Lety and Marina who we will always be indebted to for their devotion and compassion with our Mother. Visitation will be from 5-9 pm Friday, June 22, 2012 with a vigil at 6 pm and followed by a Scripture Service at Sunset Funeral Home-East. Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
