Manuela P. Ponce was born on July 11, 1945 and passed away on March 1, 2017 at the age of 71. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her father, Vicente Perez; sons, Guadalupe and Javier Ponce; daughters, Cecilia Ponce, Sylvia Ponce, and Sonya Ponce Pedraza; brothers, Lorenzo, Refugio, Juan, and Jesus Perez; sisters, Rumalda Miranda and Guadalupe Villalobos; as well as 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home-Americas on Monday, March 6, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. followed by a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery East. Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-Americas.
