Manuel Pedroza Jr.

With great sorrow, the family of Manuel Pedroza Jr. announces his passing on 12/08/24 at the age of 55. Survived by his father Manuel Pedroza, mother Maria de Jesus Pedroza, daughter Selena, siblings Benjamin and Elizabeth. 

Throughout his life he had many jobs, always worked hard at each, and loved being a mentor to his younger coworkers. In his later years as financial advisor, he enjoyed helping people plan their future so that they could enjoy their retirement. He was also proud to have been given the opportunity to become a financial advisor because most of his counterparts had a bachelor’s degree and he was hired with an associates degree.

He was a sports fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. He also enjoyed the simple things like watching birds in his backyard when he watered the lawn. One of his favorite things in life was cooking and having family and friends over. His proudest moment was having his daughter. 

He was also a generous person and found joy in helping others. All those who knew him best would probably describe him as tenacious, giving, loyal and intelligent. He will be forever missed by his family and friends.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Monday, December 16, 2024 with a Rosary at 7:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Valley Church on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, 8600 Winchester Rd., El Paso, TX 79907. A Graveside Service will follow at 11:30 am at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
