****SERVICES ARE STILL PENDING**** Manuel Chavez- Ortiz, 85, entered into eternal rest on January 25, 2022 in El Paso, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; Silvano and Olalla Chavez. Manuel is survived by his loving wife; Consuelo Chavez, daughters; Rosa Isela Chavez, Maria Chavez, sons; Hector Manuel Chavez, Hugo Chavez and Rafael Chavez. Brother; Jesus Chavez O. Also leaving behind 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and one great grandchid to cherish his memory. A Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary starting 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr, El Paso, Texas 79907. A mass will begin at 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church, 401 Passmore Rd, El Paso, Texas 79927.
