Mamie Rackley

Our beloved mother and grandmother Mamie D. Rackley was born on June 10, 1926 in Hedley, Texas and passed away March 13, 2016 in El Paso, Texas. She was a hair dresser and house wife. Preceded in death by her husband; Raymond A. Rackley, parents; David Doyal Offutt and Muriel Offutt, brothers; Olin, Theodore and Arles Offutt. She is survived by daughter Linda Elsey and husband Ed, son; David Rackley and Mary Ann Farmer of Justin Texas, grandsons; David Thompson of McAllen Texas, Darrel Rackley of El Paso Texas, granddaughter; Jeannie and Joe Moncada of El Paso Texas, great-grandchildren; Jacob, Aber and Brianna Moncada, David and Jessica Thompson, Christian Rackley. Pallbearers will be David Thompson, Darrel Rackley, Joe Moncada, Jacob Moncada, Jesse Lawhorn and Jeff Gosc. Our deepest gratitude to Dr. Jerry Miller for his years of care and to CIMA Hospice for their care and support through our sorrow. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina Dr. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 12:00pm at Eastwood Church of Christ, 10104 Album Ave., El Paso, Texas 79925.
