Magdalena "Nena" Paez

Magdalena “Nena” Paez, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 16, 2024. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother and will be missed immensely. Nena is preceded in death by her parents, Jose De La Luz Segovia and Francisca Soto and her loving husband, Carlos Paez. She is survived by her dearest children Argelia Paez, Graciela Chavez, Carlos Paez Jr., Virginia Quintana and Gerardo Paez, her siblings Eladio Segovia, Juana Gonzalez and Armida Villagran, and her fifteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Nena is also survived by many extended family members and friends who cherish and honor her memory. 

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Prayer Service to commence at 11:00 am. A Graveside Service at 1:30 pm at Anthony Community Center, N 4th St., and Acosta Rd, Anthony NM. 

Services are entrusted to Sunset Funeral Homes-West, 480 N. Resler Drive.
