Lynn Hines was born in North Tonawanda, NY on June 26, 1942 to George Hines & Ruth Mattison. He had four sisters, Barbara Odom, Janet Guizar, Catherine Burgin, and Donna Little. He graduated from North Tonawanda High school and married his high school sweetheart Nancy Marie Harrington on February 19, 1964. He had two sons, preceded in death by one son Daniel Hines who married Terry Patterson and survived by his son William Hines who married Damara Hopper. Lynn also had one granddaughter, Kylee Lynn Hines. He worked at International paper and Sterling Summers printing in North Tonawanda, NY before graduating from college at the age of 40, with a degree in Hotel/Management. He worked for the Army & Air force exchange in Frankfurt, Germany and then on to Bentwaters Air force base in Suffolk, England. He took advantage of this by traveling to France, Belgium, Holland, Russia, and Greece before retiring at Fort Bliss in El Paso after 25 years. He loved spending time with family and friends. The Buffalo Bills and model railroading, camping & country line dancing. Gathering of Remembrance will be from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, with Funeral Service at 5:00 PM on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Tobin Park United Methodist Church, 9410 Roanoke.
