Luz Cordero, 74, entered into eternal rest on April, 16, 2021 in Fabens, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Jose Santos Diaz and Guadalupe Cervantes Perez, son; Jose Alfredo Cordero, brothers; Jose Alvarado and Raul Diaz. Luz is survived by her beloved husband; Alfredo R. Cordero, son; Saul Cordero and daughter Selma Medina (Antonio Medina Jr.). Goddaughter; Ashley M. Macias, sister Mary E. Mendez. Also leaving behind her five loving grandchildren, Alfredo Jose Cordero, Cynthia Cordero, Jacob Resendez, Salma Luera and Aleeyah Medina. A visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a rosary starting at 6:00 PM Friday, April 23, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home- Americas, 9521 North Loop Dr. A funeral mass will be starting at 12:00 PM, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Our Lady Of Guadalupe Fabens Catholic Church.
