Lupita Monroy

Lupita Monroy, age 85, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and will be greatly missed. Lupita is preceded in death by her parents: Gustavo Leal Morales and Dora Benavides de la Rosa, and her beloved husband: Jesus G. Monroy. She is survived by her children: Charito Monroy (Carl Sandberg), Jesus Jaime Monroy, Gustavo Monroy, Eva Margarita Monroy, Julio Cesar Monroy (Christine Wright), and Dulce Maria Monroy, her siblings: Antonia Leal Garza, Herlinda Garcia Benavides, Gustavo Leal Benavides, Dora Leal Benavides, and Alma Leal Benavides, as well as her grandchildren: Janelle Alicia Monroy, Alondra Monroy, Katia Monroy, Gustavo Monroy, and Benjamin Monroy. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.
