Luis Alfonso Prieto

El Paso – Luis Alfonso Prieto Sr., age 81, went to be with our Lord on Jan 23, 2021. He was born in Delicias, Chihuahua. He worked for Price’s Creameries for 41 years. His family and friends will remember him as a storyteller and always having a good sense of humor. He enjoyed watching sports; especially the Spurs, Cowboys, and the Mexican Soccer Team. He also enjoyed silhouette shooting and hunting when he was younger. Luis Prieto is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Martha Antillon Prieto. Children: Luis Prieto Jr., Lorena Prieto Sanchez, Silvia Prieto Aguilar, and Alfred Prieto. Daughter-in-law: Sylvia Laura Prieto and Grace Luera Prieto. Son in law: Rene Sanchez and Eduardo Aguilar. Grandchildren: Valerie Cobos, Luis Andres Prieto, Rene Sanchez Jr., Laura Annell Prieto, Emily Hope Prieto, Ethan Alfred Prieto, and Elle Grace Prieto. Brothers Humberto Prieto, and preceded in death, Armando Prieto. Gathering of Remembrance will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary at 6:00 PM, Friday, February 12, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Homes- East, 750 N. Carolina.
