Graveside Service will be at 11 am Friday, July 18, 2008 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Survived by mother: Cornelia Hernandez; son: Jacob Hernandez; Daughter: Nicole Hernandez; Brothers: Sammy & Ruben Hernandez; sister: Patricia Hernandez; 1 Grandchild.
