Luis M. Duran

LUIS M. DURAN passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the age of 80. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and will be greatly missed. Mr. Duran was a lifelong mechanic and proprietor of Auto Gas Stations. He was preceded in death by his son Roberto Javier Duran. He is survived by his loving wife Connie C. Duran, his children; Joe Louis Duran (Janie), Vangie Lewis, Henry Duran (Celia), Jaime C. Duran (Carmen), Ronnie Duran (Maria), Alex Duran, Michael Duran (Veronica), 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, his brothers; Robert Duran, Arturo Duran, his sisters Josefina Lucero, Elva Duran, and his daughter-in-law Mary Helen Duran. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with Holy Rosary at 7:00PM at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 10:00AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 5750 Doniphan Dr. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley in Santa Teresa, NM.
